I am a manager, entrepreneur and web developer, but above all an active traveler who has spent years in different corners of the world. These years taught me to value the simplicity, beauty and peace that come from living close to nature, away from the noise of the city. Now, returning to my roots in Russia, I want to explore the idea of creating an ideal place to live - not only for myself, but also for people who share these values.

What I want to create

Imagine a place where every morning begins with a view of green forests, clean air and enough quiet to work from your own home or from a coworking space surrounded by nature. A place for morning runs, breakfast outdoors, fishing, sauna, swimming, gardening, crafts, pets, sport and calm work.

In my mind this is not just a residential complex. It is a community for people who value ecology, beauty, efficiency and a more balanced life.

Who it is for

This project is for people who are tired of city noise and want a country home either for regular recovery or for permanent living. It can also be interesting for those who see real estate as an investment: when you travel or live elsewhere, a management company could rent out the property and take care of operations.

How it could work

The key is joint land purchase and shared infrastructure. Each participant has their own plot, but the cost of common spaces and management is shared. This gives access to amenities that would be too expensive for one person alone and creates a small community where development decisions can be made together.
