Hello, I am a manager, entrepreneur and web developer, but first of all I am an active traveler who has spent several years in different corners of the world. All these years of exploration and travel taught me to value the simplicity, beauty and peace that life in nature brings, away from the city bustle. And now, returning to my roots in Russia, I decided to make the dream of creating an ideal place to live come true: not only for myself, but also for those who share these beliefs.
What I want to create
Imagine a place where every morning begins with a view of the green forests of Krasnodar Krai (or any other region, but preferably somewhere warm), where the air is so clean that every breath fills you with energy for the whole day. A place where you can go for a morning run along a forest path to birdsong, then enjoy a beautiful view over breakfast in the fresh air, and after that work in the quiet and calm of your own home or in a modern coworking space surrounded by nature.
In my mind this is not simply a residential complex, but a full community for people who value ecology, beauty and efficiency. Here everyone can find something of their own: fishing at dawn, an evening barbecue with friends, relaxing in a banya or swimming in an outdoor pool. Growing your own vegetables, getting a cat or even several, taking up a craft. And for those who, like me, want to stay in good shape, there will be a gym on the territory.
Who this project is for
This project is for active people (although that is not mandatory at all) who are tired of city noise and chaos, who want to disconnect from everyday stress and find their refuge in a country house, whether for regular recharging or permanent living. It is also an ideal option for those who see an investment opportunity in real estate with rental potential. Your property will not stand idle while you travel or live somewhere else: a management company will take care of all rental chores, providing you with passive income and peace of mind.
How we do it
The key to the project success is jointly purchasing land and creating infrastructure that will belong to all of us. Each person has a completely private plot. But we share the cost of building and maintaining common spaces (including creating and co-owning a management company), which will allow everyone to receive many amenities that would be unavailable to each person separately. More than that, each of us becomes part of a unique community where we can decide together how our small utopia will develop.
